Hello Everyone! I've been meaning to post about our updated family room for a very long time and I'm finally doing it - yeah!! I had been ready to replace our brown leather furniture for a while and when a new Ikea opened very close to us last summer, I jumped at the chance to take a good look at their slipcovered furniture. Originally the plan was to buy another sofa and loveseat like we had but when I saw the Ektorp sectional on the showroom floor at Ikea, I was sold. It just seemed so cozy and I could really envision it in our family room. As you can see, we purchased the sectional with the white slipcover. You just can't beat the prices at Ikea and the quality is definitely good enough for us. I'm at a point where I don't want to buy expensive furniture that I feel like I have to keep forever. We even had the sofa delivered and they took away the old sofa and loveseat for a very small fee. We purchased this dre
So pretty :) I wonder if you sprayed the bunny with clear spray paint if it would keep him from shedding?
ReplyDeleteYou have proven that sometimes simple and easy works best. Love this.
ReplyDeleteI have a few moss balls like your bunny that shed and shed too, love them but hard to keep tidy. Wonder if it could handle a spray shellac or something and keep it together? Wonder if that would work?
Very nice. It's fun decorating with bunnies. Even the real ones shed, hah.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty JoAnne!!
ReplyDeleteJust love the sweet little bunny. Such a pretty centerpiece. Jane
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute centerpiece! I love the moss bunny. You always do such a great job putting things together to create something beautiful. Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteAdorable. I love the idea of using the basket to keep everything together. It's such a nice look.
ReplyDeleteJoAnn,
ReplyDeleteI adore the simplicity of your decorated basket for Easter's celebration!
By containing all your centerpiece decor within the basket,
there's no hassle when platters of food rival for space at the table.
The light hues are so refreshing!!!
Thnk you for sharing!!!
Fondly,
Pat
Oh, that's a great idea! You can easily move it from place to place. I love your Easter goodies inside too!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! I love this fun arrangement. As you know, I do like using things from my house too. Happy Easter! Linda @ bushelandapickle
ReplyDeleteYour centerpiece is adorable. I love that you used things that you already had to create it. I think so many of us have things just laying around (I could open a shop with what I have in my garage!!) that we can use instead of spending our hard earned money on more. Happy Easter to you and your family!! : )
