First Day of Fall The Autumnal Equinox
I wish you all a beautiful day!

Pink and Brown Fall Tablescape

I love the color combination of light pink and brown and I thought it would make a pretty fall tablescape.

I went through my house and pulled everything I could find with those colors and this is what I came up with.

~ so hard to get good pictures on a rainy day : (

~ little peat pots are so versatile, inexpensive and add wonderful texture ~

"The Boss" has been working hard behind the scenes ~ or I should really say "in the scenes" ~ oh yes, very helpful!

I'm joining the Fall Tablescape party at  THE LETTERED COTTAGE
I can't wait to see what you have come up with!
Thank you all so much for visiting and the
sweet comments that you have been leaving ~
it really does mean a lot to me!

Clean and Tidy

There's just something about a clean and tidy home that doesn't compare to any amount of decorating.

~ kitchen counters are shiny and clear of crumbs and sticky stuff ~

~ table is cleared off with a simple centerpiece ~

~ bathroom is clean with a fresh hand towel ~

~ beds are made ~

~ and everything (mostly) is in it's place ~

I'm learning that I should spend a little more time enjoying the things I have and a little less time on the decorating, rearranging, projects, etc.
I'm trying to be better at setting good priorities for myself so my  mind will feel less chaotic and my life will be less stressful!
Do you all know what I mean? Isn't it just so easy to get distracted from the things we need  to do t…
