Hello Everyone! I've been meaning to post about our updated family room for a very long time and I'm finally doing it - yeah!! I had been ready to replace our brown leather furniture for a while and when a new Ikea opened very close to us last summer, I jumped at the chance to take a good look at their slipcovered furniture. Originally the plan was to buy another sofa and loveseat like we had but when I saw the Ektorp sectional on the showroom floor at Ikea, I was sold. ReplyDeleteHi JoAnne,
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the most, if not, THE most charming kitchen I've seen in a LONG time! Love the paint colours, which echo heritage hues and the pretty detailing on the white cabinetry! The design of the island and the colour are very pretty, too, as is the overall styling of this cozy, cottage-y, cute kitchen!
Thanks for sharing. It indeed made me smile with my morning brew!
Happy weekend!

I've seen so many kitchens that after awhile they just blend together. But this is one of my all time favorites because it includes all the features that I love in a kitchen. I love the style and color of the cabinets, the farmhouse sink, lovely stained wood counter tops, and the charming island. Beautiful windows and a nice layout. A great combination of vintage cottage with farmhouse appeal. If I could redo my kitchen it would look very similar to this. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great kitchen! Love the soft colors and the accessories.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much to like in this kitchen. I love the cabinets and the baskets stacked next to the island the most I think.
