After Christmas, I wanted to do something
So I took everything off and went through my
cupboards and pulled out everything I thought I could use.
After a good dusting, I played around until I came up
with a look I was happy with.
I was trying to create a more casual arrangement
than what I would typically do.
It's more of a collected over time look, I think.
A nice fresh change for after the holidays.
Thank you for all of your visits and sweet comments ~ it means a lot.
I hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

By stacking things, I was able to display a lot more of my dishes, bowls,
and pitchers that I love and at the same time, it doesn't look too cluttered.
A nice fresh change for after the holidays.
My boxwood branches still look good
so I guess they will stay a while longer.

Blue and white together is always so clean and nice looking, and you've got a gorgeous collection of ceramic pieces that are perfect on your shelves! I recently repainted some bookcases in white with blue on the inside, and I love how it looks.
ReplyDeleteReally pretty! I have one of those beautiful Myott plates I found in an antiques shop in TN. At another shop on that same trip I found a cup and saucer. I like the way you painted the backboard blue.
